Mosses Mollel Story and CV
I’m Mosses originally from Tanzania, and I grew up in the Orkisima Village. I have always been passionate about education and teaching children to overcome barriers by learning, not only but also I committed to helping the children of our community to reach their full potentials.
I had held director-level positions at different schools in the country and now Im the Director and Co-founder of ADO. I have extensive experience in the education environment as a student-centric instructor, academic facilitator and instructional coach.
I hold a diploma of primary education from the Midlands Teachers College, certified in Foundation Course from the Open University in Tanzania and Bachelor degree in education policy and management in university of Tanzania.

Elibariki Thomas Story and CV
Elibariki Thomas Mollel is a Tanzanian born and raised in Losimingori village in Orkisima where he is orinally from the maasai community .
He is highly a motivated,goodcommunicator in three languages which are Maasai language,Kiswahili & English.He is well familiar with maasai culture history and tradtions.
Elibariki has been working with Project Concern International (PCI) an International Organization where he was worked as field agent in Monduli District for Afriscout a mobile application that provides informations on pasture and water to pastoralists community for their animals,Elibariki is a hardworking professional who always delivers an excellent job.
Elibariki is an Education AMBASSODOR for some NGOs in Esilalei ward where he provides education to the community especially right of womens and girls boys as well to get education Elibariki alwys bright different community group together to educate them.
He has been working as wild life and environmental conservation expert where he provides education to both primary schools and secondary schools on the important of protecting the wild animals and conserve the nature ,he build an idea of each student to plant his/her own trees this project sponsored by Dr Fabiola under his organization Wild spirit where we bought trees and plant them in defferent schools in Monduli.
Elibariki is doing an outreach in defferent places in Monduli like in villages,secondary school,primary school and meeting with community groups .
He is holding Diploma in Travel and Tourism from National college of Tourism in Dar es Salaam,where he did a voluntary work in NCAA for three years where he worked as a data collector and receptionist.
Elibariki is the Chairpeson of ADO –ACHIEVING DREAMS ORGANIZATION where he is acting as the speaker of the organization.
Jane Jeremiah Laizer Story and CV
Jane Jeremiah Laizer is originally from Tanzania and grew up in Mto Wa Mbu Village Jane holding Certificate in Nursing from Shirate Health College in Katatu ,she is a Nurse with more than seven years of working experience,Jane has been working in different place where she has been attended as health personnel, in the following places where has been working
Initially she worked in WDA Dispensary in Karatu District as pharmaceutical in providing medicine to clients where she has been working as a voluntary nurse for one year since January in 2018 to December 2018.
Secondly she employed in Roman Catholic Health Centre in Mto Wa Mbu since January 2019 to April 2022 ,she did in different departments like Medical department,IPD department and guiding and concealing department.
Also she worked in Azimio dispensary where has been attending IPD clients and working in medicine department as well
Currently she is working in Losimingori Village particularly in Orkisima ,where she is working under Wild spirit fund where she is providing first aid for both the students and community members,she is working closely with Losimingori government dispensary in supporting the community, she is doing an outrich in the community providing family planning education
Apart from being a nurse Jane is a good Cook ,she like to cook different delicious food
Jane speak three languages ,Swahili Maasai and English language.
She is the head of Health department in ADO (ACHIEVING DREAMS ORANIZATION)
Petro Saning’o Sepeu Story and CV
Petro Saning’o Sepeu, a Tanzanian citizen born in Orkisima Village. completed primary education at Losimingori Primary School and later attended Redo Secondary School for secondary education.

Furaha Laizer Story and CV
Furaha Laizer, a Tanzanian citizen born in Legiloriti Village. She completed primary education at Legiloriti Primary School, and succeeded in joining secondary school at Manyara Secondary School
Furaha has experience in basic computer skills and experience as a primary school teacher.

I’m Thomas lengai mollel originally from Tanzania, and I grew up in the Mti mmoja Village. I have always been passionate about procurement and logistics management and doing inventory materials to overcome barriers by issued goods and dispatch materials to different yeards, not only but also I committed to helping the the organisation of our community to reach their full potentials.
I had held director-level positions at different organisations like mviwata ( mtandao wa wakulima Tanzania) the country and now Im the treasure of ADO. I have extensive experience in the procurement officer.
I hold a diploma of procurement and logistics management from Tanzania institute of account singida
